A sauna to unwind after a long week meant getting there before closing — which, after work and family, almost never happened.
The things meant to help you feel your best had become one more thing to schedule, chase and compromise on.
So they built the answer themselves. Mike and Anne Marie saw that the fitness world had already solved this.
